Stryker Digital – Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 12/24/25
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Stryker Digital website and to any purchases made through it. These Terms are intentionally simple and exist to satisfy payment‑processor requirements. All service‑specific terms, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation rules are defined exclusively in the individual Proposal you sign.
By using this website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
1. Refund Policy
Stryker Digital provides custom business‑to‑business marketing and digital services. As such, all payments are generally non‑refundable once a billing period begins.
However, we will issue a refund or credit if:
- A duplicate charge occurred,
- You were billed the incorrect amount,
- A charge was processed after a valid cancellation,
- A clear billing error was made by Stryker Digital.
For full details, refer to your signed Proposal.
2. Recurring Billing Authorization
If your Proposal includes recurring fees, you authorize Stryker Digital and its payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method at the interval stated in your Proposal.
Your Proposal governs:
- Billing frequency,
- Billing amount,
- Start dates,
- Minimum terms,
- Early termination fees,
- Any required notice period.
Recurring billing continues until you cancel according to the instructions in your Proposal.
3. Cancellation Method
You may cancel Services at any time by following the cancellation instructions in your Proposal.
As an additional universal method, you may always cancel by sending written notice to: billing@stryker-digital.com
Cancellation is effective once received and will be processed according to the terms of your Proposal.
4. General Legal Protections
No Guarantees
Stryker Digital does not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, lead volume, conversions, or revenue. Digital marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryker Digital’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for Services during the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Business Use Only
Our Services are for businesses, not for personal or household use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
5. Privacy Policy Reference
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and is available on our website. By using our website or Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Priority of Terms
Your signed Proposal always governs service-specific terms, including pricing, deliverables, timelines, cancellation rules, and early termination fees. In any conflict between these Terms and a Proposal, the Proposal controls.
